Levels Cleared - Inferno (300):
Acquired when you finish all stages in Inferno difficulty.

Levels Cleared - Hardest (200):
Acquired when you finish all levels in Hardest difficulty.

Levels Cleared - Hard (150):
Acquired when you finish all levels in Hard difficulty level.
